Once you have received your activation email informing you that you are now an activated RSM member, simply download the Free RSM 'App' and Login using your Registered Username and Password to start using the 'App'.

However, before you Download the Free RSM 'App' on your smartphone, please make sure:

• You have downloaded the latest version of your phone's software (Apple - Version 14.0 or above) (Android - Version 10.0 or above).
• Please only download the Free RSM 'App' after you have done the above.
• Make sure you have set-up your phone's Notifications to get the most out of the RSM 'App'. Read the RSM 'App' Notification Documents below for iPhone / Android.

The 'App' is available for Android Phones on Google Play and iPhones on Play Store.

 

It’s imperative to set-up your App to receive Notifications with Sound.  If you are unsure of how to set-up your phone ‘Notifications’ properly then we suggest you use the following sources to search and help guide you through the process to set-up your phone:

• YouTube – Search for the Phone Model and How do you set-up App Notifications?
• Your phones manual – Most models have access to set-up App Notifications.
• Phone Provider – Your phone provider knows all about the phone they sold you and how to set-up App Notifications.
