Relief Staff – FAQ’s

Relief Staff must be logged into the RSM App to receive Notifications and send acceptance Confirmations.
A Standard Registration includes your Personal Details, Documentation, Availability, Preferred Schools and Areas of Expertise. Most fields are open for you to change at anytime. However, your respective 'key' documents - TRBWA / WWCC / SCN are only open to be changed from 8 weeks prior to the expiry date. Your Preferred Schools will only be open on dates nominated by RSM.

A Direct Registration includes your Personal Details, Availability, Areas of Expertise and the option to include your Mandatory Reporting details. These members only receive Booking Notifications from the Direct Registered School.
