De-Activate your account:

  • De-Activating your account will allow you to still have an account on our system, but you will not be able to receive Notifications and/or be seen by Schools.
  • This option should only be selected if you may want to Re-Activate your account at a future time.
  • Your account details will remain on our system if you registered or re-registered with us within the last 2 years, and will be deleted on the timeline noted in our Membership Terms and Conditions.
  • If you registered or re-registered in 2024, and you want to be Re-Activated, then simply email us. RSM will then verify your details and Re-Activate you. However...
  • If you did not register or re-register in 2024, then you will need to re-register before we can Re-Activate your account.
  • To De-Activate your account, simply click on the below Button and follow the steps on the De-Activate / Close Account Form.

Close your account:

  • Closing your account will delete your account on our system, and you will not be able to use our system again.
  • This option should only be selected if you do not want to use our service again.
  • Once you delete your account, the account details will be deleted on the timeline noted in our Membership Terms and Conditions.
  • To Close your account, simply click on the below Button and follow the steps on the De-Activate / Close Account Form.
